WHO AM I?
​​
I began practicing mindfulness nearly 30 years ago at a Buddhist monastery in the British countryside.
​
I have been blessed to have had 3 enlightened teachers throughout this time.
In the meantime, I completed a Jungian Masters in Psychology, prior to undertaking a doctorate level training as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist.
​
Following my analytical training, I began to integrate my learnings and experience from my spiritual journey into my evolving teachings and practice, creating a more holistic approach to wellbeing.
​
Since, I have retreated to a forest in Poland, where I continue my spiritual journey to better others.
